Smile!
I love it when the sun shines in February.
It's Sunday. Got to do some work today but there's a nice cafe on the beach.
And there's just enough time to get a couple of hours on the bike first.
Another win for Wales yesterday. The sun really is shining!

This weekend my mates Fi, Steve and little Bella came down from Manchester.
With Bella around our weekend got stretched.
We got up earlier, ate slower and it took us a bit longer to get down to the beach.
After watching the kitesurfers, we warmed up in Rest Bay cafe.
Bella looked all grown up with her Babyccino - warm frothy milk served in an espresso cup.
Call the cute police!
