Hello stranger!
Sorry it's been so long since we last spoke.
Since then, we've all recovered from the Grand Slam, enjoyed the random flurries of snow in the past few weeks and put our clocks forward by an hour.
Currently, I'm working on a new, improved and gorgeous looking Mountain Biking Wales site and Beth is working on our new Active magazine.
