A conversation for inspiration...
It's Friday.
Jon is working from home.
The following email conversation took place between 11:10am and 11:15am.
Jon: The heating has broken down and I am following instructions via Google.
I am going to give it one last go and then call someone who knows what they are doing!
Bryn: Nightmare. Good luck.
Jon: The expert will be here in an hour! I am freezing.
Bryn: Put a hat on!
and then take a picture for the blog...
