Phew
Things are getting busier by the day, if that's possible.
We saw the full site in all its glory today.
and it's looking lovely.
Also, Beth sorted out our "uniforms" for the Outdoors show.

Signed off the first phase of media
Done it - first phase of the media plan is signed off and ready to go.
I could tell you more 'but I would have to kill you' so you'll have to wait and see.
Been an interesting week.
After a fight with a pork chop at the weekend had to go to the dentist this morning and Bryn says my car is broken - oh, and I have a PRINCE II practitioner exam tomorrow (help me manage projects like this one!) - hope I pass :-)

It's getting manic, but we loves it.
It's all about multi-tasking here on the 10th floor of Brunel house, Cardiff

We're two weeks away from launch and things are cranking up.
Entries are flooding in, e-mails flying out, inserts are being inserted, exhibition stands being built, posters, stickers and balloons are getting the wales1000things brand stamp.
We've got a new recruit too - Jo Goodwin, she's settled in great, in fact she picks up things so quickly it feel like she's been here forever. Nice having another girl around too ...we talked about winter boots the other day.

First taste of spring?
What a busy few weeks! Getting this 'wales1000things' thing up and running has been both exciting and very intersting - and exhausting. Working at home today I promised myself I would get out on my bike and that I did. Check the weather forecast out today!!! - 5 full sunshines for the next 5 days in Swansea - wow!!! As I was racing round Gower on my road bike I felt for the first time that spring was just round the corner - safe in the knowledge that I can take all those extra hours I have worked back in the summer :-)

It's a funny feeling clicking the Send button knowing that the thing you've been creating for the last few months is about to land in someones Inbox, asking for their input.
